Wolfesmiths conducts research, due diligence and manages the process of sourcing high-uplift duplex developments for their clients. Projects are in high-demand locations with proven sales history and can deliver 500k-1m+ in equity uplift upon completion for projects ranging from 1.5m to 3m.

The problem:

Wolfesmiths started as a generalist, helping clients with an array of property investment vehicles that can help them build wealth through property. They were getting leads that had little budget and were hard to convert, and the brand's offering wasn't really any different from the vast majority of the market, who do the same thing with the same type of stock projects that many advisors have access to.

The solution:

After going through strategy workshops with our team and understanding the power of specialising for a service-based business, WolfeSmiths came back with a niche they felt they could create a better product for than anything else in the market. We decided to put together a marketing plan for a specialisation we all felt we could be the best option for - high-uplift, custom duplex developments. No more stock lists that other advisors have access to, and no cookie-cutter builds or building in new estates at the same time as many others. Instead, we would source our own exclusive projects with the best land and design high-end custom duplexes that maximise the potential of the land.

We built an offer-focused marketing funnel highlighting the advantages of investing in small developments in this way, which started to bring a higher calibre of leads and higher net-worth individuals ready to invest.

The result:

As a result of the campaign, and with us as their only marketing activity, WolfeSmiths helped investors get into over 100 projects within 2 and a half years - creating over 4.8m in pipeline revenue for WolfeSmiths.
