Oscillot
Oscillot sell cat-proof fence kits that allow cat owners to keep their beloved pets contained and safe without the need for cages, netting, or electric currents.
The problem:
Oscillot was facing a huge competitor entering the market; one aligned with a national hardware company taking huge chunks of market share away. Total sales and revenue were slowing down, with Oscillot unsure of how to stand out to consumers amongst their competitors. Despite various conversion strategies being implemented and the marketing budget being increased, their cost per customer was increasing.
The campaign:
As part of an incentivised marketing agreement (which saw our fees scale relative to Oscillot’s revenue and ROAS) we identified conversion problems within the website and implemented targeted changes which saw conversion increase 2.5x. We also completed an offering and positioning workshop aimed at unlocking the key buying triggers and understanding what motivates new customers to purchase.
The result:
Cat proofing is a seasonal product (most cat owners don’t let their cats outside in colder months) but despite this we were able to double year on year revenue, break a record for total units sold in one month, and deliver Oscillot’s highest monthly revenue result ever.
We had changed, tweaked, modified our website so many times and in so many ways and to have you guys come in and practically double, almost triple the amount of people our website can turn into customers in a couple of months is the biggest game changer we've ever had for the online side of our business.
